BLABLAAI is a privacy-first artificial intelligence application. All user data is processed and stored locally on the user's device. BLABLAAI does not collect, transmit, store, or sell personal data on external servers.

This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in compliance with:

• GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation)
• CCPA / CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
• Apple App Store policies
• Google Play policies

2 Data Collection

We Do Not:

• Collect personal data
• Store user data on remote servers
• Sell or share data
• Use third-party analytics
• Track users across apps or websites

We May Process (Locally On-Device Only):

• User inputs (text, prompts, commands)
• Generated outputs
• App configuration settings
• Optional local files explicitly imported by the user

All such data remains stored exclusively on the device unless the user manually exports it.

3 Data Storage

• 100% local storage — no cloud sync by default
• No background data transmission
• No remote database

If the user enables OS-level backups (iCloud / Google Backup), data handling is governed by Apple or Google's own policies. BLABLAAI does not control third-party backup systems.

4 Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, processing is based on:

• User consent (Art. 6(1)(a))
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — providing app functionality
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — ensuring app stability and security

Because data remains on-device, BLABLAAI acts as a software provider, not a remote data controller.

5 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR / CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your data
• Correct inaccuracies
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent
• Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

6 Children's Privacy

BLABLAAI does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). Because no remote data collection occurs, risk exposure is minimized.

Parents may delete all app data by removing the application from the device.

7 Security

Security measures include:

• On-device sandboxing enforced by iOS and Android
• OS-level encryption (iOS / Android)
• No remote attack surface from stored data

No system is 100% secure, but a local-only architecture significantly reduces risk compared to cloud-based alternatives.

8 Third-Party Services

BLABLAAI does not integrate advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or external analytics platforms.

The app uses RevenueCat solely for in-app subscription management (iOS / Android billing). RevenueCat may receive your App Store or Google Play account information as required for purchase validation. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

If future optional integrations are added, this policy will be updated prior to release.

9 CCPA Notice (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• We do not sell personal information
• We do not share personal information
• We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

Because no personal information is collected remotely, most CCPA disclosure categories do not apply to BLABLAAI.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice prior to taking effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
