Short version: Use BLABLAAI responsibly, don't do anything illegal with it, and understand that AI can be wrong. We run a local app — we're not responsible for what you do with it. If you agree with that, you're good to go.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using BLABLAAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
These Terms apply regardless of how you access the app (iOS App Store, Google Play, or other authorized channels).
2 Description of Service
BLABLAAI is an on-device AI assistant application. All AI processing occurs locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise in future updates.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
3 User Responsibilities
You agree not to use BLABLAAI to:
- Engage in any unlawful purpose or activity
- Generate illegal content of any kind
- Attempt reverse engineering of the app (except where legally permitted in your jurisdiction)
- Interfere with device or operating system security
- Violate the rights of any third party
You are solely responsible for any content you generate using the app and for any consequences arising from such use.
4 No Warranties
BLABLAAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs
- Fitness for any particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or OS versions
5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Securax AI, BLABLAAI, and their directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app or its services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €10 EUR — whichever is greater.
6 Intellectual Property
The BLABLAAI application, its branding, user interface, and underlying software remain the exclusive property of BlaBlaAI / Securax AI.
- You retain full ownership of any content you create locally within the app
- You grant us no license over your locally stored data
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without written permission
AI models used within the app (Qwen3, Whisper) are open-source and licensed under Apache 2.0 and MIT respectively.
7 App Store Compliance
Use of BLABLAAI is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you downloaded it:
- Apple App Store Terms — if downloaded via iOS
- Google Play Terms — if downloaded via Android
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
In-app subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. To cancel a subscription, go to your device's account subscription settings.
8 Termination
- You may stop using BLABLAAI at any time by deleting the app
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms
- Deletion of the app permanently removes all locally stored data from your device
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice.
Continued use of BLABLAAI after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
