The model download is stuck or failing. What do I do?
Make sure you're on a stable Wi-Fi connection — the total download is ~615 MB. If it fails mid-way, close the app fully, reopen it, and tap Download again. The app will resume from where it left off. If issues persist, delete the app, reinstall, and try again on Wi-Fi.
Does BlaBlaAI really work 100% offline?
Yes. After the one-time model download you can turn on Airplane Mode and everything keeps working — text chat, voice chat, everything. The AI runs entirely on your device.
The microphone / voice feature isn't working.
Go to your device Settings → BlaBlaAI → make sure Microphone is set to Allow. On Android: Settings → Apps → BlaBlaAI → Permissions → Microphone. If it's already allowed, force-close the app and reopen it.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple or Google — we don't process payments directly.

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → BlaBlaAI → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → BlaBlaAI → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund there.
Android: Open Google Play → account icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → request a refund.
My data — is it really private?
100%. Every conversation stays on your device. We have no servers that store your chats, no analytics that track what you say, and no ability to read your messages even if we wanted to. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
The AI gives wrong or weird answers. Is that a bug?
Not exactly — it's a known limitation of local AI models. Smaller models (like the one BlaBlaAI uses to fit on your phone) can sometimes hallucinate or give outdated information. Always verify important answers with a reliable source. We're constantly working to improve model quality.
I have a feature request. Where do I send it?
We love hearing from users! Send your idea to support@blablaai.fun with the subject "Feature Request". We read all of them, even if we can't reply to every one.
